The TS86246P is a 2 nd Generation symmetrical reflective
Single Pole Dual Throw (SPDT) switch designed for high
power switching applications. The TS86246P covers 1MHz to
600MHz bandwidth and provides low insertion loss, high
isolation, and high linearity within a small package size. The
TS86246P is a 200W-CW switch suitable for applications
requiring low insertion loss, high isolation, and high linearity.
The TS86246P is packaged into a compact Quad Flat No lead
(QFN) 7x7mm 48 leads plastic package.
